It was for us

Caption nya :
God presents a job in your email that has a due date and you put it off for whatever reason. Days have passed by and you missed the due date. You get upset throwing a fit and say out of frustration "Well I guess it wasn't for me." You mean to tell me the job wasn't for you because you chose not to fill it out – out of laziness?" We all have missed an opportunity in our lifetime due to laziness, stubbornness, and procrastination. People have this idea that just because something is for you it means you sit and take no action. The application isn't going to fill itself out and God isn't going to do it for you. God provides. He doesn't build the birds nest. He gave them a mouth and wings to grab branches off trees and the ground to build their own home. When God presents an opportunity it's up to you to grab it. Opportunity doesn't sit and wait on nobody. It continues to move and pass by until someone takes it by force! Just because God promised you something does not mean "you" cannot lose it. The promise was kept. The opportunity came to you but you chose to sit on it. Your flight is scheduled to take off at 8:00am but boards at 7:45am and you show up a min or two after 8:00am. The doors are shut. "Well I guess it wasn't meant for me to catch my flight," no, you were late! Take some ownership and stop blaming others, the devil, circumstances and overly spiritualizing everything. God kept His Word. The promise passed by but you just sat there waiting. Get in position and go get what's yours; run. Stop wasting time!
